GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
We are proud to announce that we have obtained the prestigious UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, positioning ourselves among the first in the hospitality sector to achieve this milestone.
The certification was awarded by Kiwa Cermet Italia, an accredited certification body, following a rigorous evaluation process. This assessment examined our corporate policies in key areas such as balanced hiring and promotion practices, work–life balance, pay equity, and the protection of parenthood.
In addition, we have introduced welfare bonuses for new births and created an in-house library dedicated to parenting and family-care topics, with the aim of promoting greater workplace flexibility and enhancing family wellbeing.
